Jodie James, Childrens' and Families Worker

Hi! My name is Jodie James and I am so excited to embark on this journey as Children's and Families Worker for the Circuit. I have been a member of St David's in Craig-y-don for most of my life, attending the Sunday School and Youth Club with my sisters and cousins. I got married at St David's in 2001 and my son, Daniel, who is now 19 and my daughter, Chloe, 17 were both christened at St David's.

I have 25 years teaching experience and have volunteered at church and in the community organising various fundraising events as well as holiday clubs and Messy Church.

In my spare time, I love watching my son play cricket and my daughter in dance shows. Spending time with family is very important to me. I also enjoy reading, journaling, the theatre and logic puzzles.

As a Local Preacher on Note, I am familiar with all churches in the Circuit and am very much looking forward to getting to know more people and serving the churches, families and communities.
